The Partnership
In partnership with Operation Warm, the Atlanta Falcons Youth Fund and the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation are providing over 15,000 sports bras to girls from community-based sports organizations across Georgia . Each recipient will receive 2 brand new sports bras through the FLY:FWD initiative.
Eligible Organizations
These organizations have been chosen due to their direct involvement with youth sports and their ability to reach a large number of young female athletes who can benefit from the FLY:FWD initiative
Getting Resources
All Organizations wishing to receive sports bras through this program must follow the steps below to be considered. Completing these actions however, are not a guarantee for participation.

Step 1:ā
All interested recipients must submit FLY:FWD Wish List Application. This form shares information about your organization so that we can confirm the need, your eligibility and helps us build your order.
Step 2:ā
Selected organizations must complete FLY:FWD Beneficiary Agreement. The agreement outlines the donation you will receive, distribution location and program requirements.
Step 3:ā
Complete program requirements of distributing product to girls, completing an impact survey, and sharing photos and testimonials.
Timeline

Operation Warm will review FLY:FWD Wish List Application and contact you within 7 business days to confirm eligibility

If eligible, we will request that you submit the FLY:FWD Beneficiary Agreement

We will begin shipping Sports Bras in September

Surveys will be distributed within 2 weeks of you receiving your sports bras

Photos & Testimonials will be required after you distribute the Sports Bra
